We currently only offer our Santa letters within the UK.
Our last order date is currently 18th December 2024 to allow us time to print, assemble and post your order, in time for the Royal Mails recommended last posting date of 20th December.
Our last order date may change depending on the volume of orders. We suggest placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Letters will be sent to a designated responsible adult, in an outer envelope for you to give to your little ones when you choose.
We currently only offer our Santa letters within the UK.
Once we have received your order, we begin creating your beautiful letters. When they have been printed, finished and assembled by hand, your order will be dispatched using your chosen posting method.
Our first posting date is 18th November 2024.
Orders placed on or after 15th November will be posted in 2-3 working days from receiving your order. Each of our letters is finished by hand, so it takes a little while to make them, but we get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. We will email you to let you know when your order is on its way.
Please allow 3-5 working days from receiving confirmation of your order being posted, to receiving your letter(s). As we are sure you are aware, the Royal Mail is extremely busy at this time of year, so please give them a few days to deliver your order.
If you have not received your letter(s) a week after placing your order, please contact us.
Our advice is to place your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, as we are reliant on a third party (the Royal Mail) to deliver your letters, we cannot be held responsible for letters turning up late. As we are sure you have all experienced, even items that are sent 1st Class or by Special Delivery can encounter delays.
Please be patient, but do let us know if you have not received your letter(s) a week after placing the order.
Should a reprint be required, please notify Classic Santa by midday on the 19th December. This will allow us time to produce and post your letter before the Royal Mails recommended last posting cut-off.
If you contact us after this time, a replacement letter will still be sent, but it will be posted after the recommended last posting time.
As this is a personalised product, we do not issue refunds, but will do our very best to ensure the letter/s reach you.
Should you advise us that your letter has not been received, we will:
Firstly ask you to carefully double-check that the address AND POSTCODE you provided is correct.
If the letter was not being sent to you, ask you to check with the recipient (very often, we find they've been delivered but the sender hasn't been informed!)
If the address is correct, issue a reprint. It takes some time for items to work their way through the Royal Mail system, so we like to give them a little time before resending. We will use our discretion and common sense as to when this will be.
If you have mistakenly provided us with an incorrect address, we will of course issue a replacement for no additional charge, however, we will ask you to cover the cost of additional postage. Royal Mail 24 (not tracked): £2.50, Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.00 and Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.50.
Should none of the letters have arrived by the Royal Mail's last delivery date, a replacement letter will still be sent, but as it will be posted after the recommended last posting time, we can’t guarantee it will be delivered before the big day.
We will email a PDF copy of the letter to you - while we know it’s not ideal, these work really well as a stop-gap while the Royal Mail catch up!
In the unlikely event it doesn't arrive by Christmas Eve, we will send the letter again, along with an apology letter from the big man, explaining the delay.
We will also send a text message direct from the North Pole to a contact number of your choice, on Christmas Eve, explaining the delay. This will look like it has come from ‘The North Pole’ (not a regular phone number).
