Because our letters are handmade, orders are currently being posted 1-2 days after receiving your order.
Last Orders
Last orders are currently 18th December 2025, this may be brought forward, so place your order early to avoid disappointment.
Discreet Packaging
All Santa letters are sent to a designated responsible adult, securely packaged in a plain outer envelope for you to give to your little one when the time feels right.
Delivery
Delivery Cost
We are offering FREE standard delivery for a limited time.
Upgrades are available:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: £12
Delivery Time
If placing an order on or after 18th November, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for delivery.
The Royal Mail are very busy in the run-up to Christmas, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
If your letter hasn't arrived within a week of dispatch, please contact us so we can help.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
Unfortunately, as we rely on Royal Mail for delivery, we can't take responsibility for delays once your order has been posted.
